HyreRestore publishes restoration information and does no restoration work. Nothing here is professional advice. These are the plain terms for a site that publishes guidance and, in future, will introduce homeowners to restoration companies.
What this site is
HyreRestore publishes educational information about property damage and restoration for homeowners in the United States. HyreRestore is not a restoration company and does not perform, supervise, inspect, warrant or finance restoration work.
It is not an emergency service and sends no one to your property. Our phone line is for questions about the site. In an emergency, call 911, your utility or the fire department.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, insurance, financial, medical or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional assessing your property. HyreRestore is not an insurer, an adjuster, a public adjuster or a law firm, and it acts on no one’s claim.
Policies, licensing rules, codes and prices vary by state, county, insurer and property. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the primary source, your insurer and a qualified professional.
Accuracy and dates
We source factual claims to government agencies, state regulators, trade standards bodies and published research, and we date material that is time-sensitive. Rules, policy forms and prices still change.
Where a page carries a “retrieved”, “checked” or “updated” date, that is the date the claim was last checked, not a promise it is still current when you read it.
Third-party links
We link to external sources so you can check our work. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Introductions to companies
HyreRestore intends to introduce homeowners to restoration companies and to be paid for doing so. Any such relationship will be disclosed where it applies. An introduction is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a warranty of any company’s work, and any contract you sign is between you and that company.
Sending a form on this site is not a work authorization, does not assign your insurance benefits to anyone, and does not commit you to hiring anyone.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape, republish or resell the content here without permission;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
- submit the form with someone else’s details.
