Find a restoration company for your house
Tell us what happened, where the property is and how far the damage has spread. A person at HyreRestore reads it and answers your question. Matching with restoration companies is still being built, and no company gets your details until you agree.
- No cost, and no obligation to hire anyone
- No restoration company gets your details until you agree
- Not a restoration company: we send nobody to the property
Tell us what happened
One short form. Your address, zip code, name, email and phone are required; the questions about the damage are optional.
What happens after I send it?
We reply by email. We call only if you give a number and check the consent box. When we can introduce restoration companies in your area, we name each one and ask you first. Until then, the reply is our answer to your question. Nobody is sent to the property.
How HyreRestore works sets out each step, and how we vet companies explains the checks planned before any introduction, and what no check can tell you.
To ask us about the site or the process by phone, call (866) 582-8523. It is HyreRestore’s research line: nobody on it can send anyone to the property.
What makes an inquiry easy to answer?
- Where the water came from. A supply line, a roof, a sewer backup or rising water. The source sets the category of water and how the claim treats it.
- Where it reached. Which rooms, and whether it got into walls, under floors or above ceilings.
- What has been done. Whether a company has been on site, what equipment is running, and whether anyone has shown you a moisture reading.
- What you have been handed. A scope, an estimate, a work authorization or an assignment of benefits. Tell us what it says.
Questions before you send it
Does it cost anything to use this?
No. The form costs nothing and commits you to nothing: not a restoration company, not a scope and not a claim. Every guide and all 14 restoration tools work without it.
Who will contact me?
HyreRestore, first. Matching with restoration companies is still being built. Where we can introduce companies working in your area, we tell you first, and no company gets your details until you agree.
Is this an emergency line?
No. Nobody is sent to the property from this form. If water is still running, the house is unsafe or there is power near standing water, deal with that first. The first 24 hours sets out the order.
Do I have to give a phone number?
No. The phone field is optional, and the form sends without it. We only call or text if you check the consent box.
Will my details be sold?
No. We do not sell lists or run lead auctions. The privacy policy explains what we store, and the lead quality standard sets out our rules.
Can you tell me what this will cost?
No. We have not seen the damage, and we publish no average restoration price. The category of water, the area affected, the drying days and local rebuild rates set it. What drives the cost lists the lines a scope should show.
Should I sign what the company at my door handed me?
Not until you have read it. Emergency drying can start under a limited work authorization; the full contract can wait. Be slowest with an assignment of benefits, which hands your claim rights to the contractor.
Is HyreRestore a restoration company?
No. HyreRestore is an independent restoration guide. We dry, remediate and rebuild nothing, adjust no claims, and are not an insurer, a public adjuster or a law firm.
Not ready yet? Nothing here is gated.
You never have to fill in this form to use the site. If you would rather understand what you are looking at first, start here:
- The first 24 hours: the order to do things in, and what to photograph before anything moves
- How restoration works: mitigation, drying, remediation and the rebuild, end to end
- What drives the cost: the structure of a restoration bill, so you can check the one you have
- How a claim works: what is covered, and what to be slow about signing
- Choosing a restoration company: the checks that hold up at midnight
- Restoration services: water, drying, mold, fire, storm, sewage and the rebuild
